In the context of DATEX II, a user domain refers to a specific group or category of users who interact with and utilize the DATEX II standard for exchanging traffic and travel-related information. The user domains provide a better overview, making it easier to find specific (information) needs for the various user groups within the DATEX II community. The different user domains are EV Charging, Parking, SRTI and UVARs. The other user domains will be further developed. It is expected that the user domains will be complete by the fall of 2023.
